Refine infographic text, design and campaign images
Polish existing content for its next audience
Turn a document, pasted material or a topic into an infographic, or carry a message and your own photos into a campaign kit. Review the visual draft, then refine the parts that need attention before handing it over.
Refine infographic text and brand colours
Where an infographic or framework retains editable source fields, open Edit visual to revise supported wording. Use Design to change accent, text and background colours. Where styling is available, compare Original with a supported designed style and inspect its preview. Choose Update visual to apply the change and rebuild the PNG without a new image-model call. The generated geometry stays locked. If the preview cannot rebuild, retry before using it; inspect names, figures and layout after every update.
Supported makers also offer chart-series and other per-visual colour fields. These changes keep your saved Brand Kit unchanged. A saved Brand Kit requires Professional or higher access; colour locks and readable-text adjustments still apply. Check the required export. The current composed HTML download embeds the rebuilt image; it does not expose its retained source as independently editable objects.
Prepare the campaign image for each channel
Choose a campaign design, then open a channel image to refine its supported finish, photo and on-image words. Compare earlier image versions before choosing the one to use. The kit's design change preserves channels you customized individually. Its current brand styling comes from an eligible saved Brand Kit; this editor does not expose an independent colour picker. Changes that produce new campaign output require active Prism access.
Compose saved visuals and review the next reporting period
A reporting dashboard with a deliberate next period
Combine saved charts, diagrams and cards into a reporting dashboard or visual story. Prism pins the accepted source revisions and keeps introductions, captions and order alongside them. A later child revision becomes a review candidate, so a shared dashboard keeps its published snapshot until you republish it.
Use public-source snapshots or selected Business calculation metrics for recurring reporting, and reusable templates for CSV batches. Review mappings, source warnings and each proposed period before accepting changes. This is a bounded visual reporting workflow, not unrestricted BI exploration or a private database connector.
Export the format the next workflow needs. Compatible individual charts can carry editable PowerPoint data; other supported maker visuals use selectable shapes and text. Generated infographic, framework and decision images remain image outputs with separate source-field editing.

A worked workflow
Three datasets, three different part-to-whole questions
A stacked bar chart compares totals and their component parts across categories. Choose it for that question, retain the input table, and inspect a different chart when the middle segments are the main comparison.
Compare composition with a grouped capacity comparison
The stacked workload example separates completed and remaining tasks. The second, saved chart compares fictional quarterly substation load with firm capacity: 142/180, 158/180, 194/210 and 176/210 MW. It uses Bold with an explicit color-vision-safe palette, units and a Q3 callout. Grouped bars make the two measures easier to compare; stacking them would incorrectly suggest that load and capacity form one total.
Fictional supplied telemetry, not measured customer data. Matching numeric tokens does not verify their source-label binding: eight bindings remain flagged. The saved CAGR annotation uses a supplied three-year horizon; review the period before interpreting it against quarterly categories.
The supplied brief
- Revenue dataset
- North: 360 installation, 180 maintenance, 120 monitoring. East: 420, 220, 160. All values are fictional USD thousands.
- Workload dataset
- Three teams with completed and remaining tasks. Counts describe work items, not currency or a measured productivity effect.
- Mix dataset
- Three channels with different totals. A percentage view answers share; an absolute stack answers total and composition.
- Meaning
- Keep categories, series, units, axis labels and the absolute-versus-percentage choice explicit.
Inspect the imported grid
Paste CSV/TSV or import the workbook, choose the sheet and check categories, series, blanks and numeric formatting.
Inspect: North’s supplied revenue total is 660 and East’s is 800. A missing value is not automatically a measured zero.
Use the stack for its intended comparison
Preview the stacked bars and compare the totals with the source table.
Inspect: The first series has a common baseline; middle segments do not. Use a grouped bar or another suitable form if precise segment comparison is the reader’s main task.
Keep color and data semantics consistent
Start with Bold, use a stable color per series, and inspect labels, legend, contrast and alternative text.
Inspect: A saved or explicitly selected palette remains respected. Sequential or diverging data needs colors appropriate to its numeric meaning.
Edit, render and inspect the export
Change one source value, review the resulting preview and inspect the exported SVG or other offered format.
Inspect: A changed chart type can retain a data shape that needs correction. Compare the actual output and source rather than assuming a successful render proves the data is suitable.
Before approving the result
- Reconcile every displayed total with the supplied rows.
- Do not compare percentage and absolute totals without labelling the change.
- Keep the data table available alongside the visual.

From populated fields to an inspected A4 PDF
This fictional service letter was filled in Prism’s Letterhead editor, saved, checked and downloaded as a one-page office PDF. The business, recipient, date, subject, preparation checklist and sender all appear in the retained file.
Manually populated fictional content, saved as revision 3 and verified after reload on 23 October 2026. Prism’s checks passed for page size, text fit, safe areas, embedded fonts and text contrast. This example verifies an office PDF; print-shop bleed, an in-app PNG export and a tagged accessible PDF were not tested. No visit, approval or commercial commitment was made.
