Gixo.ai offers product-specific subscriptions. You may purchase one or more product subscriptions (e.g., Content + Presentations + Legal). Pricing and included entitlements vary by product and tier and are shown at checkout and in your billing portal.

Additional Terms

Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Annual plan subscribers are protected from price increases until their renewal date. You may cancel if you disagree with price changes.

Payment Terms

Payments are due upon invoice generation. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period. We'll attempt to contact you before any suspension.

Billing Disputes

Merchant of Record: All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. They handle billing, refunds, and payment disputes.

Dispute Resolution Process:

Step 1: Contact Lemon Squeezy support first for billing issues, failed charges, or payment disputes

Step 2: If unresolved by Lemon Squeezy, email billing@gixo.ai with your Lemon Squeezy ticket number

Step 3: Disputes must be reported within 60 days of the charge
