Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited uses of Gixo.ai's AI-powered content generation platform. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Prohibited Content

You may NOT use Gixo.ai to create, store, or distribute content that:

Is Illegal or Harmful

Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Promotes illegal activities or substances

Contains or promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm

Exploits or harms minors in any way

Infringes Rights

Violates intellectual property rights

Contains unauthorized copyrighted material

Impersonates individuals or organizations

Violates privacy or publicity rights

Is Deceptive or Malicious

Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

Engages in phishing or fraud

Spreads misinformation or disinformation

Manipulates or deceives users

Is Offensive or Discriminatory

Contains hate speech or promotes discrimination

Harasses, threatens, or bullies others

Contains explicit sexual content

Promotes extremist ideologies

Restricted Data

Do not submit the following categories of data to Gixo.ai — in a prompt, an upload, a brief, a document, or any other input.

Categories You May Not Submit

Protected health information, patient records, or any data subject to HIPAA or an equivalent health-privacy regime

Payment card numbers, CVV or track data, or anything else in scope for PCI DSS. Card details are collected by our merchant of record and never need to reach Gixo.

Government identifiers — national ID, Social Security, Aadhaar, passport or driving-licence numbers

Bank account, financial account or credential material — including passwords, API keys and access tokens, whether yours or anyone else's

Biometric data, precise geolocation of an identifiable person, or personal data of children

Classified, export-controlled, or otherwise legally restricted government material

Why, and What We Do Not Do

What you submit is sent to third-party AI providers to produce the output you asked for. Those providers are listed on our subprocessor page. Gixo is not a HIPAA business associate, holds no PCI DSS attestation, and is not built to hold regulated data of these kinds.

We do not detect or filter restricted data. There is no classifier and no redaction step between your input and the AI providers. If you paste a patient record or a card number, it will be processed like any other text. Keeping this data out of the product is your responsibility, and it is the only control that exists.

If restricted data reaches us anyway, tell us at privacy@gixo.ai and we will delete it. We may suspend an account that repeatedly submits it, and you are responsible for any regulatory consequence of having sent it.

Attempting to bypass usage limits or security measures

Using automated tools to abuse the Service

Interfering with or disrupting the Service

Reverse engineering or extracting source code

Commercial Abuse

Reselling the Service without authorization

Using the Service for spam or bulk unsolicited messages

Violating rate limits or API restrictions

Sharing accounts or credentials

AI-Specific Restrictions

Using generated content to train competing AI models

Attempting to extract or replicate our AI models

Using the Service to create deepfakes without consent

Generating content for automated decision-making affecting legal rights

Enforcement

Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

Remove or disable access to prohibited content

Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP

Report illegal activities to law enforcement

Take legal action for severe violations

Appeals Process

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may appeal by emailing support@gixo.ai within 30 days. Include your account information and explanation.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
