Refund Policy

Overview

At Gixo.ai, we want you to be satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions.

Purchase-source rule: Refunds, charge disputes, and invoice adjustments are handled by the provider you purchased from. Direct web purchases are handled through Lemon Squeezy. AWS Marketplace, Microsoft commercial marketplace, and Google Cloud Marketplace purchases are governed by the refund and billing rules of the applicable marketplace.

Refund Eligibility (Paid Subscriptions)
Eligible for Refund

Monthly subscriptions: Within 7 days of first paid charge if the Service has not been materially used

Billing errors: Double charges or incorrect amounts (full refund)

Service outages: We may offer a pro-rated subscription extension or other remedy for extended outages

Technical issues: Persistent bugs preventing core functionality

Annual subscriptions: Within 30 days of purchase if the Service has not been materially used

One-time purchases: Within 7 days of purchase if the Service has not been materially used (unless otherwise required by law)

Not Eligible for Refund

Change of mind after the refund window expires

Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality or results

Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account termination

Material use of the Service during the refund window

Forgot to cancel before subscription renewed

Partial refunds for mid-billing cycle cancellations

What counts as “material use”? For purposes of this policy, “material use” may include significant content generation, exports, or other meaningful consumption of the Service’s core functionality (as determined by us in good faith).

Refund Process

Step 1: Submit Request

Email support@gixo.ai with:

Account email address

Transaction ID, order ID, invoice number, or marketplace subscription identifier

Reason for refund request

Supporting documentation if applicable

Step 2: Review

We will review your request within 3 business days and verify eligibility

Step 3: Processing

If approved, refunds are processed by the provider that billed you. Direct web refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy; marketplace refunds are handled through the applicable marketplace according to its timelines

Step 4: Confirmation

You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated and credited to your original payment method

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings or billing portal

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

No partial refunds for unused time in the billing period

You retain full access to your plan features until the end of the paid period

Unused capacity does not roll over and resets at the end of your billing cycle

Special Circumstances

Chargebacks

Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly. Accounts with chargebacks may be permanently suspended, and you may be liable for chargeback fees and legal costs.
