The slide sequence

What makes this deck fail
- Every question, in survey order. That is a data dump, and the audience will pick their own conclusions from it.
- No sample size on the slide. A percentage without an n is uninterpretable, and someone will ask.
- Hiding the contradictory result. It will surface in questions, and it costs more then.
- Truncated y-axes. A 3% difference made to look like a chasm ends the deck's credibility.
- Findings with no recommendation. If nothing should change, say so explicitly rather than leaving it open.

How do you present survey results effectively?

Should I show every survey question?
No. Present the three or four findings that matter and put the full question-by-question breakdown in an appendix or linked data file.

How do I handle results that contradict each other?
Show them. A slide that names the contradiction is far more credible than one that smooths it, and the contradiction usually surfaces in questions anyway.
