An OKR review deck is judged on whether it changes anything. Scoring every objective green usually means the objectives were too easy — and a deck that treats a 0.7 as a failure teaches the team to set targets they can already hit.

The slide sequence

What makes this deck fail
- Everything green. Consistently full scores mean the objectives were not ambitious, which is the failure the framework exists to prevent.
- Treating 0.7 as failure. Punishing partial achievement teaches sandbagging within one cycle.
- Key results that are tasks. 'Launch the feature' is an activity; 'reduce activation time to two days' is a result.
- Too many objectives. Beyond five nothing is a priority.
- No baseline. A target with no starting point cannot be scored honestly at the end.

What should an OKR presentation include?
Scored results for the period, what the misses taught you, what carries forward and what is being dropped, next-period objectives with measurable key results, owners, and the decisions needed to make them achievable.
How many objectives should a team have?
Three to five. Beyond that nothing is genuinely a priority and the list behaves like a backlog.
Is scoring 1.0 on every objective good?
Usually not. Consistently full scores suggest the objectives were set to be safely achievable, which defeats the purpose of the framework.
What is the difference between a key result and a task?
A task is something you do; a key result is something that changes. Launching a feature is a task, and reducing activation time to two days is a key result.
