Workflow index

Choose the legal or compliance job before you choose a document page.

Start from one of the five current first-class drafting choices, inspect a contract without generating text, or enter the separate compliance-artifact workflow. Additional document guides are indexed below and truthfully disclose when the main create flow uses Custom intake.

A workflow page explains the intended intake and review pattern. It is not a reusable legal template, legal advice, or a promise that every named document has its own selector.

Current product entry points

Three distinct ways to begin.

Draft creation, contract completeness checking, and compliance artifact preparation are different workflows with different outputs.

Legal drafting

5 first-class choices

NDA, Master Services Agreement, Shareholder Agreement, Employment Agreement, and Custom. Start from parties, terms, governing context, and optional references.

Start legal drafting

Contract checker

Run a deterministic completeness pass.

Paste contract text to check expected clause coverage and execution-readiness signals. The checker does not generate legal text or decide enforceability.

Compliance artifacts

Prepare reviewable audit and policy work product.

Use the compliance flow for checklists, evidence matrices, working papers, filing support notes, and policy drafts. Reviewers verify every fact and conclusion.

Direct selectors

The five choices visible in the current legal create flow.

Direct selector

NDA

Capture party roles, confidentiality purpose, exclusions, term, permitted disclosures, and governing context.

Master Services Agreement

Frame the services relationship, SOW linkage, commercial terms, IP, confidentiality, liability posture, and termination.

Shareholder Agreement

Capture shareholders, equity structure, governance, transfer limits, reserved matters, and exit assumptions.

Employment Agreement

Provide role, compensation, benefits, policies, confidentiality, IP, and termination context for review.

Custom

Use Custom for a document intent that does not have its own first-class button, then describe the required structure and attach relevant references.

Document-intent index

Twenty-two intake guides, with the start mode made explicit.

Four entries map to a direct selector. The other document-intent pages start through Custom intake in the current create flow; the guide helps frame the facts, but it does not imply a missing document-type button exists.

Why there is no template catalog

Lex starts from structured facts; it does not publish reusable legal templates.

The public examples show product structure and review surfaces. They are intentionally labelled as specimens rather than templates so a buyer is not encouraged to reuse draft language without matter-specific and jurisdiction-specific review.

Structured first draft, accountable review

Test the workflow with your own matter context before you choose a plan.

Start the 14-day, no-card Lex trial to evaluate structured intake, drafting, deterministic Draft Checks, review, and export. Gixo prepares work for review; it does not provide legal advice, certify compliance, or replace professional judgment.
