Current intake, delivery, and connection paths
Arc currently connects proposal work through uploaded source files, document exports, tracked sharing links, simple electronic signature requests, and an anonymous MCP analysis tool. This page separates those available paths from capabilities that are not represented as supported Arc integrations.
Integration availability can change independently of marketing copy. Verify the live workspace and documentation before making a procurement commitment.

Import a reviewed Prism calculation metric pack, choose raw or display metrics for pricing quantities and unit prices, then preview before applying. Units and currencies must match exactly, with no conversion. The retained values are pinned to that pack; they do not update automatically when the original calculation changes.
Write your workspace answers into a copy of a buyer-issued XLSX or DOCX questionnaire.
Create a recipient-specific link, send it by email or copy it into your own delivery message.
Request signatures on a finished proposal from the Signatures panel on its page.

Explicit product boundaries
The current public Arc surface does not represent the capabilities below as supported. Teams that require them should evaluate a dedicated proposal-operations or RFP-management platform alongside Arc.
No self-serve CRM sync is represented as a supported Arc integration on the current public surface. Your team cannot connect Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive itself: Arc pushes the stage, close date, and amount of a proposal to a linked record only through a connection Gixo configures for your organization. Outgoing webhooks, which your team adds from the proposal workspace, can send proposal events to Zapier, Make, or your own endpoint.
The documented MCP proposal tool analyzes a draft. It is not presented as an anonymous proposal-generation tool.
These enterprise workflow capabilities are not represented as current Arc features.
Arc shows project win rate from recorded outcomes. It does not reconcile those outcomes with an external CRM or provide CRM-wide attribution.
Neither generation nor analysis certifies that a response is compliant or ready for submission.
Save responses to the answer library, search approved entries, and adapt them to a new requirement. Reviewers approve entries or request changes, and governed edits return an approved entry to review. This is an internal workflow, not a connection to a third-party content system.
Confirm extraction quality for the file types you use, inspect the draft and exported document, create a tracked link if needed, and verify exactly which events appear in delivery history. Do not upload confidential buyer material until your organization has completed its own security and data-handling review.

Arc prepares a structured first draft from the material you provide. Your reviewers still own the facts, scope, pricing, commitments, and final approval.
