Wepik Alternative
Wepik no longer exists as its own product. As of August 2026, wepik.com redirects to magnific.com/templates — Magnific being the service that titles itself "formerly Freepik". If you came looking for Wepik's presentation editor, you now land on a general design-template library instead.

What actually happened to Wepik
Visiting wepik.com today sends you to www.magnific.com/templates. The
redirect even carries a #loaded-from-wepik marker, so this is a deliberate migration rather
than a broken domain or an expired registration.
Wepik was Freepik's browser-based design editor, with presentations as one format among posters, flyers, business cards and social posts. The destination is consistent with that: a broad template library where presentations are one category, not the product.
What this means in practice
- Bookmarks and saved links break their destination. They resolve, but not to the editor you saved.
- Presentation work is now one category in a design tool, rather than a dedicated deck workflow.
- Anything you were mid-way through is worth exporting now rather than later — migrations tend to arrive in stages.
Choosing what to replace Wepik with
The right replacement depends on what you were using Wepik for. Be honest about which of these you are — the answers point in different directions.
| What you used Wepik for | What you actually need | Where to look |
|---|---|---|
| Grabbing a nice-looking template and typing over it | A template library | Magnific, or Slidesgo for Google Slides and PowerPoint themes |
| Posters, flyers, social posts alongside slides | A general design editor | Magnific or Canva — a deck tool will not serve you |
| Turning a document or brief into a deck | A presentation generator | Gixo Lumen |
| Producing many on-brand decks for clients or teams | Structure plus brand control | Brand-consistent AI presentations |
| Editing something that must open in PowerPoint afterwards | Real PPTX export, not an image dump | Editable PowerPoint export |
Where Gixo Lumen fits — and where it does not
Lumen is a presentation tool, not a design suite. If half your Wepik use was flyers and Instagram posts, Lumen replaces only the slide half, and you should say so to yourself before switching.
What Lumen does that a template library does not
- Starts from your material. Paste a brief or upload a document and get a structured deck, rather than an empty template you fill in by hand.
- Writes the sequence, not just the styling. Slide order, titles and the closing ask are generated as an argument.
- Ships 37 presentation themes that apply across a whole deck, so restyling does not mean re-picking a template per slide.
- Exports editable PowerPoint — real text and native tables, not flattened page images.
What a template library still does better
- Visual variety for one-off graphics. Thousands of decorative templates across formats.
- Non-deck design work — posters, cards, menus, merch.
- Browsing for inspiration when you do not yet know what you want to say.
