The formatter restores headings, lists, and tables from plain text, Markdown, or exported HTML at up to 500,000 characters and never rewrites your words: the plain-text path verifies that every letter and digit of your input survives into the output, and falls back to plain paragraphs rather than drop a line. Writing, editing, and publishing the draft is the paid part — Quill runs a 14-day no-card trial and then plans from $10 per month; there is no free Gixo plan.

It is a weighted average out of 100: SEO score 30%, readability 20%, style-guide completeness 25%, publish readiness 15%, and the link audit 10%. Every detected error then subtracts 6 points and every warning subtracts 2, and the result is clamped to the 0–100 range.
Five: blog post, how-to guide, ultimate guide, comparison, and product review. Each carries its own style guide, so the word-count target band is 0.65 to 1.75 times that type's target length, and the required elements it looks for differ by type.
Seven checks: a title of 30–70 characters, a meta description of 120–170 characters, exactly one H1, at least one H2, alt text on every image, at least one JSON-LD block, and a call to action. Supplying target keywords adds an eighth check for the primary keyword appearing in the first 350 characters.
The health check accepts up to 150,000 characters, the Document Formatter up to 500,000 characters, and the Content Brief Builder up to 100,000 characters with a maximum of 40 items in any one list. There is no token-based truncation on any of them, because no model is involved.
No. The plain-text path verifies that every letter and digit of your input survives into the output, and falls back to simple paragraphs if that check ever fails, so nothing is dropped. The Markdown and HTML paths convert or clean markup only; your sentences pass through untouched.
Bulleted lists, numbered lists with the correct start number, headings (short lines, lines ending in a colon, mostly-uppercase lines, and numbered prefixes), and tables whose rows are separated by tabs or pipes. The result is labelled with the path that produced it: Markdown, HTML cleanup, structure restore, or paragraph fallback.
There is no per-account quota, because there is no account. The shared free-tool budget allows a burst of 30 requests and replenishes 15 per minute per visitor. Nothing you paste creates a document in a Quill workspace.
The free tools only inspect and restructure text you already have; they never write it.
