Gixo Consultant follows the Briefs commercial family while adding a distinct advisory workflow: case planning, follow-up questioning, consultant reports, decision artifacts, and framework outputs in one surface.

Gixo Consultant

An advisory workspace for decisions, not just documents.

Start with the business question. Feed in source material, constraints, and options. Gixo frames the case, asks for missing information, applies decision logic, and produces a consultant-grade report with supporting artifacts.

What it does

Turns a business problem into a structured consulting case: intent, artifact sequence, missing inputs, heuristics, and executive-ready output.

Why it is different

It is not packaged as a brief. The runtime starts from a decision, selects the reasoning surface, and keeps facts, assumptions, and recommendations separate.

What it outputs

A consulting-grade report produced through two-stage generation: an analytical working paper is compiled first, then the final report is generated from it.

From business question to advisory report

The product uses your new decision-making and consultant-report guides as separate layers: one for reasoning, one for delivery.

1

Frame the case

Start from the business question, decision-maker, timing, context, constraints, and explicit options when available.

2

Choose the reasoning path

Gixo infers the decision intent, picks the decision layout, and selects a supporting framework aligned to the case shape.

3

Surface gaps early

Missing criteria, evidence, or alternatives become follow-up questions instead of hidden assumptions or fabricated certainty.

4

Generate advisory outputs

Queue a consultant report plus the supporting decision and framework artifacts so the written advice and analytical surfaces stay connected.

Decision guide invariants

  • Options and criteria must be explicit.
  • Status quo is treated as a real baseline.
  • Confidence, trade-offs, and reversal conditions stay visible.

Report guide invariants

  • No marketing tone or decorative persuasion.
  • Facts, assumptions, and inferences are separated.
  • Disclaimers and evidence gaps are first-class content.

Best-fit use cases

  • Go/no-go decisions
  • Vendor and market-entry choices
  • Portfolio prioritization and operating model trade-offs

Start a consultant case

The current implementation focuses on case framing, plan generation, and queued advisory outputs. Commercial packaging and deeper evidence ingestion can expand from here without changing the runtime boundary.
