How big can a Gixo Folio project be?
Choose a scope that fits the current import, storage and artifact limits shown in the workflow. Start blank, import and manually write without a subscription. Own-book downloads and proofs need no active plan; eligible AI and edition access are separate.
Is Folio a multi-seat publishing workflow?
Commercial Folio plans remain single seat. Readers with the appropriate book role can give anchored feedback in editorial or beta-reader rounds; editors decide changes. Institutional assignments, shared publishing billing and simultaneous coediting are not established.
What export formats are available?
Your own book exports as EPUB, editable DOCX, full-book print or chapter PDF, HTML, Markdown and static SCORM without an active subscription. New AI work and edition services have separate access conditions.
Can I edit AI-made chapters after they are created?
