Billing & Subscription Terms

Product Subscriptions

Gixo.ai offers product-specific subscriptions. You may purchase one or more product subscriptions (e.g., Content + Presentations + Legal). Pricing and included entitlements vary by product and tier and are shown at checkout and in your billing portal.

Included seats, minimum seat counts, and any per-seat pricing vary by product and tier. The current seat quantity, any minimum seat requirement, and any additional-seat charges are shown at checkout, on your invoice, and in your billing portal.

Seat-based plans: Some products are sold on a per-seat basis and may allow additional seats above the included minimum. Any recurring seat-based charges are determined by the applicable product, tier, and billing provider.

Billing depends on your purchase source: direct web purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, AWS purchases are billed through AWS Marketplace, Azure purchases are billed through Microsoft commercial marketplace, and Google Cloud purchases are billed through Google Cloud Marketplace

Tax Handling

The billing provider for your purchase handles invoicing, taxes, and marketplace-specific compliance obligations

Payment Methods

Direct purchases use the payment methods offered by Lemon Squeezy. Marketplace purchases use the payment methods supported by AWS Marketplace, Microsoft commercial marketplace, or Google Cloud Marketplace

Additional Terms

Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Annual plan subscribers are protected from price increases until their renewal date. You may cancel if you disagree with price changes.

Payment Terms

Payments are due upon invoice generation. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period. We'll attempt to contact you before any suspension.

Billing Disputes

Billing questions must be handled through the provider you purchased from. Gixo supports subscription provisioning and account linking, but the billing authority remains the payment or marketplace provider for that transaction.

Dispute Resolution Process:

Direct web purchases: Contact Lemon Squeezy first for failed charges, refunds, invoice issues, or payment disputes.

AWS Marketplace purchases: Manage billing and disputes through AWS Marketplace or the AWS billing console first. Contact aws-marketplace@gixo.ai if the issue is with activation, entitlement sync, or access after AWS confirms billing is active.

Azure Marketplace purchases: Manage billing and disputes through Microsoft commercial marketplace or Azure Portal first. Contact azure-marketplace@gixo.ai if the issue is with subscription activation, plan sync, or access after Microsoft confirms the purchase.

Google Cloud Marketplace purchases: Manage billing and disputes through Google Cloud Marketplace or your Google Cloud billing console first. Contact gcp-marketplace@gixo.ai if the issue is with entitlement activation, plan sync, or access after Google confirms the purchase.

Escalation: If a direct Lemon Squeezy billing issue remains unresolved, email billing@gixo.ai with your ticket number and transaction details.

Important: The applicable payment or marketplace terms also govern your transaction. Direct purchases are subject to Lemon Squeezy terms, AWS Marketplace purchases are subject to AWS Marketplace terms, Azure Marketplace purchases are subject to Microsoft commercial marketplace terms, and Google Cloud purchases are subject to Google Cloud Marketplace terms.
