Yes. The same context can move from a brief to a recommendation, deck, or decision artifact without rebuilding the case in a new chat, and into a framework artifact too if you also have a Gixo Prism plan, because frameworks are a Prism feature. Decks need a Gixo Lumen plan and decision artifacts a Gixo Prism plan for the same reason.

Review decisions stay attached to the exact wording they were made against. Regenerating the evidence pack keeps them in place, and where the underlying source text has changed, the earlier decision is raised for re-review rather than carried over quietly.

The pack view shows completed, running, waiting and failed steps with their reasons. Eligible runs with a retained resume key can retry supported failed steps while reusing completed outputs. Legacy unkeyed runs cannot safely resume. Product access, dependency and capacity checks still apply; a retry does not guarantee completion or output quality.

Approval attempts to retain a snapshot of the case revision. The executive decision memo renders only when that approved snapshot, revision, audit receipt and supported financial results can be reconciled. A missing snapshot can prevent export; PDF also requires configured rendering. Server-recomputed scenario figures are labelled separately from figures a person attested.

Weighted scoring, a sensitivity test that moves each criterion's weight 20% up and down to show whether the winner changes, and a distance-to-ideal cross-check that ranks options by closeness to the best available profile. The calculations run on the server and can be reproduced from the recorded inputs. They run on standalone decision pages, which are now made in Gixo Prism with a Prism plan; inside a Gixo Business recommendation report the options, criteria, and decision logic sit in the report itself, and the free Scorecard Maker ranks options with the same weighted-scoring engine.

No. Sources are optional: you can write a brief from the request alone, or upload or connect up to 10 source files. A brief with no sources has nothing for the number check or citations to work from, so its figures need the most review.

Only if you turn it on. A new brief starts on Only my sources; choosing My sources + the web lets it search, optionally limited to trusted domains you name. In Ask Gixo Business you can also connect up to 5 public webpages as sources, and Gixo keeps each page URL with the evidence pack.

For a brief written from sources you upload or from the search results web research drew on, the Evidence tab under Checks in the brief editor lists up to five sentences or table cells whose wording or figures it could not match to those sources, for you to check. It matches wording and exact figures, not meaning: a faithful paraphrase, or $8.1M where the source says 8,100,000, can fail to match while being true, so an unmatched sentence is a place to look, not an error, and a matched one is not confirmed either, because this is a comparison with your own sources, not a fact-check. It reads only part of a long source (24 passages of up to 1,600 characters) and at most 12 sources, files first. Of web research it reads the title and snippet of each search result, not the page, so a figure taken from the page alone does not match, and if it could not read every result the list is advisory. It reads a table cell with its row and column, and a total the table works out from its own cells passes when the arithmetic holds. It checks the draft as generated, not your later edits.

Where a brief has sources - files you upload or connect, pages you add, or the search results web research drew on - a repair stage compares the figures in the paragraphs, lists and table body cells of the draft with the numbers in those sources, and rewrites any sentence or cell whose figure it cannot find there, substituting the source value or dropping the claim. A table heading or row label is read as context, not as a figure, and a total, difference or share the table works out from its own cells is never rewritten. That is reconciliation against your own sources, not an independent fact-check, and it is silent: nothing is marked up in the delivered brief, and a sentence it cannot repair, or a draft it cannot finish, keeps its original figures.

An eligible Consultant recommendation can become a Business Case with case-local governance, staged review and up to five financial scenarios. After approval, its governed memo is available only when the approved revision snapshot can be verified; PDF also requires configured rendering. Full-edit permissions are needed to change the case.

Where a current evidence pack is available, its owner can record decisions on candidate claims, metrics, quotes and conflicts. Changed items need renewed review. These recorded decisions are separate from formal Business Case approval, which uses its own recorded readiness, unresolved-claim summary and review requirements. Analyst dossiers also receive an AI faithfulness review against supplied sources. Cleared checks and cited reports do not establish that every claim is true.
