Getting Started FAQ

Do I need to install any software?
No. Gixo runs entirely in your web browser. There is nothing to download or install. Just sign up, open the dashboard, and start creating. It works on any modern browser including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can start with a free account that gives you access to all product areas with usage limits. Paid plans unlock higher generation limits, premium themes, advanced export options, and team collaboration features.
Which product should I try first?
It depends on your needs. If you need a slide deck, start with Presentations. If you need articles or blog posts, try the Content Generator. If you need executive documents, use Business Briefs. Each product works independently — you do not need to use one before another.
How do I set up Brand Voice?
Navigate to Settings and find the Brand Voice section. You can create a new profile by providing sample content or specifying tone, style, and vocabulary preferences. Once created, select the profile during content generation to apply it automatically.
