Frequently Asked Questions

Which export formats are available for each content type?

Most content types support PDF, HTML, TXT, and JSON. Presentations additionally support image export for individual slides. Books support EPUB alongside PDF. The export dialog shows only the formats available for the content type you are working with.

Do exports include my selected theme and styling?

Yes. All exports are theme-aware. The colors, fonts, and layout from your selected theme carry over to the exported file. What you see in the editor is what you get in the export.

What is the quality of image exports?

Image exports render at high resolution suitable for print and retina displays. Presentation slides are exported at their native aspect ratio, and you can choose PNG for lossless quality or JPEG for smaller file sizes.

Can I automate exports or export in bulk?

Currently, exports are triggered per content item through the editor or viewer. If you need to export multiple items, open each one and use the export button. Bulk export capabilities are on the roadmap for a future release.
