How It Works

From sample text to a reusable brand voice in four steps.

1
Open Brand Voice Settings

Go to Settings and open the Brand Voice section. This is where all voice profiles are created and managed.

2
Create a Profile

Create a new voice profile by providing sample text that represents your brand or by specifying tone, vocabulary, and style preferences manually.

3
AI Analyzes Your Samples

The AI reads your samples and extracts voice characteristics — sentence structure, vocabulary patterns, formality level, and emotional tone — building a voice fingerprint.

4
Apply During Generation

Select your voice profile when generating content. The AI uses the profile to match your brand tone across every article, newsletter, and brief it produces.

Key Features

Everything you need to define, manage, and enforce your brand voice at scale.

Voice Profiles

Create multiple brand voices for different contexts — one for formal reports, another for casual blog posts, a third for social media. Switch between them with a single click.

DNA Analysis

The AI extracts tone, vocabulary choices, sentence rhythm, and stylistic patterns from your sample content. It builds a voice fingerprint that captures what makes your writing distinct.

Style Dictionary

Define approved terms, forbidden words, preferred spellings, and brand-specific language. The AI references this dictionary during generation to keep terminology consistent.

Auto-Apply

Select a voice profile before generating and it applies automatically to the entire output. No manual editing needed to match your brand tone — the AI handles it from the first word.

Profile Management

Edit, duplicate, or archive voice profiles as your brand evolves. Duplicating a profile gives you a starting point for variations without losing the original configuration.

Cross-Product

Your brand voice profiles work across every content type Gixo supports — articles, newsletters, briefs, presentations, and books. One profile, consistent output everywhere.

Pro Tip
Provide at least three to five sample paragraphs when creating a voice profile. More diverse samples give the AI a better understanding of your tone, resulting in more accurate voice matching during generation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a brand voice profile in Gixo?
Go to Settings, open the Brand Voice section, and click Create Profile. You can either paste sample content that represents your brand tone or manually configure preferences for formality, vocabulary, sentence length, and emotional tone. The AI processes your input and generates a reusable voice profile.
How accurate is the voice matching from sample content?
Accuracy depends on the quality and variety of your samples. Three to five paragraphs covering different topics give the AI enough data to identify consistent patterns in your writing — sentence structure, word choice, and tone. Longer and more varied samples produce better results.
Can I have multiple brand voice profiles?
Yes. You can create as many profiles as you need — one for executive communications, another for marketing blog posts, a third for technical documentation. Each profile stores its own voice characteristics and style dictionary independently.
Can I edit a voice profile after creating it?
Yes. Open any profile from the Brand Voice settings to adjust its tone parameters, update the style dictionary, add new sample content, or change the profile name. Changes apply to all future content generated with that profile; previously generated content remains unchanged.
