Arc: a three-question buyer-file handoff

Fictional vendor and buyer. Answers and review decisions are hand-authored; the returned workbook is produced by Arc’s actual questionnaire exporter. This demonstrates file mapping and handoff, not automatic answer accuracy or an approved security posture.

Buyer request

Northstar Procurement asks a fictional supplier three questions before a pilot. The workbook has stable question IDs, a Vendor Response column and a formula column. Reviewers must check the mapped cell before returning the file.

The supplied record only confirms a tabletop exercise on 12 August 2026.A tabletop exercise was completed on 12 August 2026. A quarterly testing commitment is not established by the supplied record.
Can you provide an independent audit report? No approved answer or report supplied.Leave the evidence gap explicit. Do not invent a certification or mark the attachment as delivered. No independent audit report is included in this response. Procurement must resolve this requirement before approval.

What to inspect in the returned file

Compare the same worksheet, question IDs and rows in both files. Responses belong in the existing Vendor Response cells. The formula column and original questions remain in place. In the live workflow, validate mappings, resolve blockers and review the preview before export; the file alone does not establish that all procurement requirements are met.

What this example does not establish

The reusable answers and review decisions above were supplied to the exporter as a controlled demonstration. No model selected them, no real answer library was queried, and no human customer approved them. A live evaluation should test retrieval quality and reviewer permissions separately.
