# Fictional onboarding pilot source pack This is a fictional demonstration, not customer performance. PILOT-01 — approved summary. Twenty-four volunteers took part in a four-week onboarding pilot. All participants received the new checklist. No comparison group was used. The team has not authorized a company-wide rollout. PILOT-02 — support-request table. During week one, 24 volunteers submitted 30 support requests. During week four, the same cohort submitted 18 support requests. These are counts of requests, not counts of people with an issue. Exposure and task mix were not controlled. The arithmetic decrease is 12 requests, or 40% relative to week one; it does not establish that the checklist caused the change. PILOT-03 — unresolved evidence. The team has not measured time-to-productivity, completion quality, costs, non-volunteer outcomes, seasonality or sustained results after week four. The decision is whether to extend a limited pilot to collect this evidence, not whether to claim proven effectiveness.
