Northwind Operations — Q4 fictional refresh Verified 27 October 2026 This six-slide demonstration was copied from an existing Q3 sample and edited in Lumen. All figures are supplied, presenter-authored fictional inputs in USD thousands except percentages. It records no customer outcome or causal explanation. Revenue: Q2 1010, Q3 1120, Q4 1150, Q4 plan 1200. Q4 is 30 above Q3 (2.7% rounded), and 50 below plan (4.2% rounded). Service mix: installation 550, maintenance 420, monitoring 180; total 1150. Installation plus maintenance is 970/1150, or 84.3% rounded. Reliability: Q3 93%, Q4 94%, target 95%; one percentage point above Q3 and one below target. The service-mix label was cleared with a native keyboard action, blurred with Tab, retyped as SERVICE-LINE MIX · Q4 USD THOUSANDS (FICTIONAL SAMPLE), saved and confirmed after a native hard reload. Fresh HTML, PDF and PowerPoint files were downloaded through the production UI. These files are those unchanged exports. The four images are rendered pages of that actual PDF, not recreated charts or interface mockups. All three chart payloads remained unchanged by the label edit, including their explicit saved colors: revenue #2563eb, service mix #6366f1, reliability #64748b. These saved colors do not reset the app's Bold default. PowerPoint is hybrid: five slides contain editable objects; the closing slide is an image-based fallback. The three charts have native chart parts and embedded spreadsheets with the exact supplied values. The package was inspected, but it was not opened in the Microsoft PowerPoint application. The closing slide keeps the older Q3 actions explicitly historical, with separate Q1 assumptions of 550/420/180. Its text-density review finding remains visible in the saved deck. An Ask Lumen density request returned no qualified changes; none were applied. A supporting paragraph was shortened manually and earlier planning detail retained in speaker notes. This is a reviewed refresh demonstration, not a fully resolved operational plan. Desktop and 390-pixel mobile viewport were reviewed. This is not a physical-phone compatibility claim. Native edit and reload evidence is retained privately; this public record contains no customer session data.
